Staff #8 -Every time a customer requests service on craft jack, handy, task rabbit, Home advisor, next-door, houzz, Thumbtack or Angie’s list, respond in less than 5 seconds and beat all the competition for the lead and book the appointment. If the appointment does not book, send text and email reminders in the coming days that you would like to help them with any HVAC needs they have. 

Staff #9- Locate all the homes in a 10-mile radius around your shop that are over 15 years old and then send personal text and emails to those home owners every week or so to remind them of who you are, how close you are and that you would like to provide them a free estimate for replacement at their convenience and then get those customers on the schedule. 

Staff #10- Send every customer you service a personal text or email and ask them to please review your company.
